Plymouth Argyle boss Miron Muslic is the bookmakers’ favourite to become Hull City’s next head coach, but sources suggest a move is unlikely at this stage.
Muslic, who joined Plymouth in January with the club bottom of the Championship, came close to keeping them up despite a poor goal difference. He is currently rated 1/2 to take over at the MKM Stadium.
Emre Belözoğlu, recently linked with the role, is second favourite at 3/1, though his appointment also appears doubtful. Tony Mowbray is priced at 4/1, despite not being under consideration.
Tom Cleverley and Gary O’Neil are both at 12/1, while long shots include John Terry, Rob Edwards, Luke Williams, and Will Still — all priced at 25/1. Still, who recently left Lens, is not believed to be in contention.
City are continuing their search for a successor to Ruben Selles, who was sacked last week.
